Definition: imagining yourself in the situation that someone else is in.

This is called empathy.  Although the majority of the world lacks empathy, it could be developed by putting yourself in the same position.

When was the last time you complained about something at work? What happened? How was your complaint dealt with? Were you happy with the outcome? Sometimes in business, it’s impossible to keep everyone happy all the time. Sooner or later, an eruption will happen. Customers will probably get angry, employees may complain about how they’re treated, etc. How you deal with these is crucial for business, and in today’s podcast, we discuss just that!
