A ridiculous author wrote a book with one of his children in regards to “being lazy is great” and how “lazing around is great for long-term health.” Well, COVID begs to differ. News media around the world was telling us to stay home and not move when in actuality, brisk walks help strengthen the immune system. Being lazy makes your body lethargic, and will very well lead to underlying illnesses. However, academics say that being lazy is great and you shouldn’t work out.
