There was a man by the name of S.B. Fuller who said, “we’re not poor because of god!”
Can I ask an even deeper question? Why are poor people poor? You can bring philosophy and religion into it all you want, but that very same person created the reality that’s around them.
Anyways, back to Fuller. He went on to say, “we’re poor because father never developed the desire to become rich, so we never had the desire to be anything else either.”
“Every adversity has the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit.”
Think about it. Everything that we go through on a daily basis could be both good or bad, based on how we view it. However, the benefits, of course what I talked about in my previous podcast, reaps rewards. The lessons in life we get are through our greatest failures. The adversities are what builds our character.
Who knows the story of the Mapogo Lion Brothers? — The most savage group of lions to have ever lived. They conquered the Sabi Sands by taking out group by group. The most remarkable part of this story was at the very end, after one of the brothers had been mulled to death the night before, people and the film crew found the last brother barely gasping for air. Barely hanging onto life with massive wounds down his spine, a group approached him and he fought them off — for some time. That type of fight is what human beings need in life to build character. We can all trace it back to the genesis . That moment where we took the victim cape off and strapped on our helmet. Mine was October of 2014. Against all odds, I had gotten to jobs at the same time and proceeded forward in the unfolding of career. The ride there? HELLISH.
